Alongside our homecare service, Rapid Care supplies expert healthcare professionals into permanent and temporary roles, supporting public and private healthcare organisations to maintain safe staffing levels.
Because we also run a regulated homecare service, our staff are recruited and trained to the standards we need for our own clients, not to the lowest bar an agency can get away with.

Compliance as standard
- Enhanced DBS check for every worker
- Right-to-work verification
- Care Certificate or equivalent, with training records available on request
- Mandatory training including moving and handling, safeguarding, infection control and medication
- References verified before placement
