Homecare only works if the carer can actually get there.
Travel time is the hidden constraint in homecare. A provider covering too wide an area ends up with late calls, rushed visits and rotas that change every week. We would rather be honest about where we can deliver a reliable service than take on a package we cannot staff properly.
Our operating area runs from Medway through to Swale, coordinated from our office in Rainham. For live-in care the geography matters less, so we can consider placements further afield.

Our office is on Station Road. Rainham is where Rapid Care started and where the largest share of our visits are.

Full coverage including Gillingham town centre, Twydall and Wigmore, with short-visit packages as well as live-in care.
Chatham
Visiting and live-in care across Chatham, Luton, Walderslade and Lordswood.
Rochester
Coverage across Rochester, Borstal, Wainscott and the surrounding villages.
Strood
Visiting care across Strood, Frindsbury and the Hoo Peninsula villages.
Gravesend & Northfleet
Packages considered subject to carer availability in the area — call to check current capacity.
Sittingbourne
Coverage across Sittingbourne, Milton Regis and Kemsley into the Swale district.
Sheerness & Isle of Sheppey
