Our story
Care matters. That was the whole idea.
Rapid Care Ltd started as a small family operation with one commitment: to provide a traditional, high-quality, local and reliable service that lets people live a full, active life and keep their independence in their own home.
We have grown considerably since then. We now support people across Medway and Swale, hold contracts with local councils alongside privately funded clients, and supply trained healthcare professionals to nursing homes, residential services, supported living and learning disability services nationally.
Growth has changed our size, not our shape. Management remains approachable and open-minded, and the views of our carers carry weight: the person who spends an hour a day in someone’s home is usually the first to notice a change.
What we believe
- Independence is the goal. Care should expand what someone can do, not take it over.
- Consistency is the mechanism. Familiar faces are not a luxury; they are what makes care safe.
- Honesty over polish. We publish our regulator’s findings and our complaints route, not just our best quotes.
- Carers are the service. How we recruit, train, pay and listen to carers is what families actually experience.

In the community
Proud sponsors of Sittingbourne FC U14s
Rapid Care Ltd is proud to sponsor Sittingbourne FC’s Under-14s, who compete in the Junior Premier League (JPL).
Having provided care and support to people across Swale for more than ten years, we are committed to giving back to the communities we serve. Supporting the club’s young players is one way we can invest in the next generation, encourage teamwork and ambition, and contribute positively to local community life.
Our involvement also reflects something equally important to us: helping the people we support remain connected to the communities they know and love. Where possible, we encourage and support older people to attend local matches and other sporting or community events that they may otherwise miss.
For Rapid Care, sponsorship is about more than having our name associated with a local team. It is about bringing generations together, supporting local talent and strengthening community connections.
We are delighted to stand behind Sittingbourne FC U14s and wish the players, coaches and families every success for the season ahead.
