Domiciliary Care Coordinator & Shift Coordinator

  • Type: Full-Time | Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends

Key Requirements:

  • Training provided
  • Must own a car and have a valid driving licence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills with a focus on priorities and goal-setting

Business Development Manager

  • Type: Full-Time

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role within health and social care
  • Car owner with a valid driving licence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with a focus on priorities and goals
  • Ability to understand and propose technical solutions based on client needs

Care Assistant

  • Type: London, Birmingham, Cambridge, Portsmouth & Plymouth

Key Requirements:

  • GCSEs or equivalent (not essential)
  • First aid and CPR training (desirable but not essential)
  • Training in safe patient handling (desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures

Support Worker

  • Type: London, Birmingham, Cambridge, Portsmouth & Plymouth

Key Requirements:

  • GCSEs or equivalent
  • Experience in providing direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Valid driving licence
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Compassionate and dedicated to patient care and well-being

Driver

  • Type: Various Driver

Key Requirements:

  • UK Full Driver’s Licence (Clean)
  • At least one year of driving experience within a 30-mile radius
  • Ability to drive in various weather conditions
  • Professional interaction with customers
  • Familiarity with GPS devices or map apps
  • Strong time management and route planning skills
